Joey is a lifelong advocate for health and wellness. In addition to being a small business owner and a LifeStretch Certified Instructor, she also attended the Stretch to Win Institute and is a Level 3 Certified Fascia Stretch Specialist. She earned a master’s degree in Health Education from Texas A&M University, and is a Certified Health Education Specialist (CHES). She and her husband live in College Station and have four adult children.
